Policies

Booking Policies

  • Business Hours 9:00 am and 6:00pm6:00 pm Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday, and Tuesday/

  • Questions via text or DM between 9:00am and 6:00pm9:00 am Please allow up to 24 hours for DM response.

  • No foreign fills, Will not lash over the work of a different lash artist. Must book removal and full set.

  • Full Payment due at the time of booking.No call No show results in nonrefundable full payment.

  • Please book responsibly. If you DO NOT have 50% of your lash extensions prior to booking your fill-in, book a full set. If you are not sure contact your lash artist via text for help with booking. Refer to business hours for best accommodating results. #INTEGRITY

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Anything over 15 minutes requires a $15 late fee. Please call prior to being late. After 15 minutes your appointment is canceled and you will have to schedule a new booking with a new full payment.

  • You cannot reschedule an appointment on the same day as your appointment. You must reschedule your own appointment online through confirmation email. If for any reason you have to cancel or reschedule SAME DAY Appointment, you will lose payment and have to book a new appointment with a new full payment.

  • There is no refund for subscriptions or packages. By purchasing a package or subscription, you agree to pay the full amount to the subscription, or package in full.

  • Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments or non-refundable penalties.

  • (MUST RESCHEDULE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE)

  • Please, no children or extra guests during servicing.

  • Arrive with a clean, oil-free canvas (your face) for best results.

HOW TO RESCHEDULE

  1. Please Keep in mind that it must be at least 24 hours in advance.

  2. Go To your confirmation email

  3. Click the link provided  to reschedule/cancel/edit your appointment

  4. Reply to your confirmation email with any concerns

  5. Text our business number which is provided in the email for immediate assistance(9 am-6 pm, Closed  Sunday and Tuesday)

 

REFUNDS

There is no refund for single services, package services, or subscriptions once any of the services have been rendered.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
